ACT MALAYSIA "CARING FOR ORPHANS" PROJECT

30 JULY 2020 DARULMUHSINEEN FOR EDUCATIONAL & ORPHANS' CARE is located in Crossing Simuay, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao, Philippines and shelters 50 orphans. They joined "Berbuka Puasa Hari Arafah" program organized by ACT Malaysia where they were provided with special sahur and iftar.  2 goats for Aqiqah were slaughtered for iftar and shared with the community. 8 AUGUST 2020 Rice from fidya was donated to this orphanage, too.  8 AUGUST 2020 ACT Malaysia has started to help improve the orphans' quarters which is in dire need of upgrade especially the girls'. The double-decker beds have started to become worn out and if not repaired may cause injury. More budget is needed to make sure all the beds are safe to use.

30 JULY 2020 DAROUL AYTAM supports 35 orphans, all boys, and is located in Gang, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao, Philippines. Daroul Aytam was one of the five orphanages which joined ACT Malaysia's program called "Berbuka Puasa Hari Arafah" where they were provided with budget for special sahur and iftar. 2 AUGUST 2020 The orphanage were given 3 goats for Qurban which were shared with the community.

30 JULY 2020 BARAKAH MADRASAH AND OR PHANAGE AL-ISLAMI is located in Malagapas, Cotabato City, Philippines.  They participated in the Program Berbuka Puasa Hari Arafah. ACT Malaysia provided food for sahur and iftar. 2 AUGUST 2020 This orphanage received 2 goats for Qurban.

30 JULY 2020 MARKADZ AL-ARFADZ ORPHANAGE CENTER supports 52 orphans and is located in Bubong, Kalanganan 2, Cotabato City, Philippines. They participated in the Program Berbuka Puasa Hari Arafah. ACT Malaysia provided food for sahur and iftar. 31 July 2020 3 goats for Qurban were given to Markaz Al-Arfadz. 

  12 May 2020 Dar Al-Ghali, supporting 25 orphans (all girls), is located in Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao, Philippines.  During the last 10 nights of Ramadan (1441H), Dar Al-Ghali joined ACT Malaysia's  program called "Seeking Laylatul Qad'r" where they perform acts of ibadah in the quest for the Night of Power. ACT Malaysia provided food for the orphans. In addition to food, cash aid was also given.  19 May 2020 As part of ACT Malaysia's "Caring for Orphans" during Ramadan, some very much needed appliances and tools (fridge, gas cooker, pots and pans, dinnerware, table, pillows, etc.) were delivered to Dar Al-Ghali (orphanage). 22 May 2020 As part of our Caring for Orphans program, we delivered rice supply to Dar Al-Ghali. 28 May 2020 the mattreses for Darul-Ghali orphans finally arrived today. 30 Mandaue foam mattresses were given to 25 orphans and 5 caretakers of Darul-Ghali. 28 April 2020.  Aqiqah/Iftar program was done at Markaz At-Tammayoz , Bubong, Kalanganan- 2, Cotabato City, Philippines.
